QA/QC Introduction

The Quality Control Department is an independent department which is directly managed by GM Office, all the staff have rich experience on quality control. With the most advanced testing equipment ie. Simulating Tester, spectrum analyzer etc. they ensure you the best quality of our products.

Raw material samples confirmed--- raw material selective examination--test on semi-manufactured products (soldering tin effects, components accuracy, board clearance etc.)--- semi-products functions tests, clearance tests--appearance test after assembled---function test--- packing check--5% selective examination of products in stock--5% selective examination before shipment.

In the mean time, any new/renewed product would be tested in high-low temperature testing box for about 72 hours to ensure the stability.

Name:Bridge
Description:Used to test the accuracy and quality of all kinds of electric components ie. Resistance, capacitance and inductance etc. mainly used to test raw materials test before putting them in stock.

Name:Wireless Digital Signals Producer
Description:Used to test the receiving sensibility.

Name:Wireless Spectrum Analyzer
Description:Used to test the frequency accuracy of the remotes and transmitting power.

Name:High-Low Temperature Experiment Box
Description:Used to test product stability in different temperature, mainly used in finalizing the design of the whole set products.
